Hi! I'm Amanda, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
I was diagnosed with PCOS in my teens and once weighed over 200 lbs, so I understand how frustrating weight loss can be. After losing 60+lbs myself, I learned that lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from sustainable habits that support your body.
With over 10 years in the fitness space, I’m passionate about helping others lose weight in a healthy, realistic way—no gimmicks, no crash diets.
